Santha grew up in India, where his love for problem-solving led him to pursue a degree in Electrical Engineering. He began his career working on challenging projects across industries like Mining, Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Banking Finance.
In pursuit of greater opportunities, Santha moved to Australia—a decision that changed the course of his professional life. Together with his colleague Lovish Garg, he co-founded Convex Engineering, a company dedicated to tackling engineering challenges with innovative yet practical solutions.
Santha has a knack for seeing the big picture while paying attention to the details that really matter. He’s a connector at heart—whether it’s spotting exceptional talent, forging powerful partnerships, or harnessing technology to spark change, Santha brings people and ideas together to create bold solutions that leave a lasting impact.
